It is very important to us that your event is a success and to ensure this, we recommend that you always contact us by phone or email to discuss your individual requirements in detail. The service will be an experience of quality in all areas- From the initial dialog with the customer through to ensuring only the highest quality ingredients/recipes are used.

Customer's privacy

The Muziris will only use information that we collect from customers lawfully in accordance with the data protection act 1998. All food products supplied by Muziris are subject to the following terms and conditions

Quotation

Following discussions Muziris is provide you with a quotation for your event by phone, email or in writing. If y our requirements change at any time you must inform us, So that we can review and reissue our quotation if necessary.

Orders

Orders can be made by telephone, writing or by email. Clients can be certain that orders have been received and accepted on receipt of conformation, either by writing or email from Muziris. We require 48 hours notice for change to order.
Where food products are made by hand there will be minor variations in appearance.

Payment

For booking, we require a deposit of 40% of total quotation on booking. The outstanding amount to be paid on or before the event. All payments by cash only AN ORDER IS ONLY CONFIRMED UPON PAYMENT OF AN AGREED AMOUNT AS A DEPOSIT

Cancellation

A minimum of 72 hours notice of order cancellation must be given to Muziris. All cancellation must be made by the client by telephone in the first instance and then confirmed in writing or by email. Muziris will confirm cancellation by email or letter and the event will only be cancelled when you are in receipt of this, also applies to charge to orders.
If less than 72 hours a full payment should be made. We regret that it is not possible to refund any deposit as staff schedules are planned in cope with know levels of demand

Return of hired equipment


All hired equipment must be returned within 24 hours of the event (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed prior to the event) Muziris receives the right to charge for any broken, lost or damaged equipment during the event or any loaned equipment broken, damaged or lost.

Storage

All food products are made and delivered to customers fresh and should be stored for a limited time in the holders/carriers that Muziris have delivered them in to ensure maximum freshness. We advice that all food must be consumed within two hours of initial serving. Any food consumed two or more hours after first being served is at client's discretion and is therefore their responsibility.
Food products are perishable by nature and therefore non returnable

Liability

Muziris has sufficient public liability insurance and will take all standard necessary steps to safeguard our policy. Any customer with complaint should contact us and provide all relevant details within 24 hours of delivery.
