KOTHU ROTI
A delicacy popular in the South Indian State of Tamilnadu. It is based on a Sri Lankan version, where it is originated as Kothu Roti. It is made using Porotta, Egg, Meat /Vegetables and ‘Saine’ a Spicy Sauce.

BIRIYANI
The name is derived from the Persian word ‘Berya’ which means fried or roasted. Biriyani was believed to have been invented in the kitchen of Mughal Emperors.
Basmati rice cooked with spices and Meat/Vegetables to infuse the flavour to make a complete meal. Served with Raitha and Pickle.
