Raised in Kottayam district, Kerala –India who owned a small food outlet in early 1990’s. Who was passionate, Qualified in catering, made a better Professional Career. He was trained in Major Star Hotel groups in Kerala. His service as an Executive Chef in the beach resorts in Kerala did not satisfy his desire to spread the Culinary Taste of Kerala. As a Master in Regional Cuisine, he moved to work in London in 2006. Since 2012 his service is inevitable as a Main Team Player of Muziris, The Port of South Indian Cuisine.

He was born in a business family (John Pettah & Sons) with an ambition to be a motor sport engineer. But Pressure from the Family and inspirational legacy about hospitality from his mother Late Leela John, did his Bachelors in Hotel Management and his Passion about food and Business lead him to start Hot Dragon a small Food outlet in Kochi with help from his brother Polus Pettah .Even after he moved to London to do his Masters in Hospitality his passion continued, and continuous support from his Wife Rincy Joseph and his eldest brother Georfin Pettah and his Family. He Started this Authentic South Indian Restaurant Called MUZIRIS.
